Builders need better education before we continue to boost energy efficiency

Education is the foundation of professionalism. Licensing must be accompanied by a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) education program including energy efficiency. We need every province to participate in licensing and education before the national code committee continues boosting energy efficiency, which will likely happen in the 2020 National Energy Code for Buildings (NECB).
